We will send some easy broken spare parts together with the machines for backup shipping together.During the warranty time,we will supply the spare parts with our cost including the delivery fees. -
According your machines order,we will send one or two engineers to your plant,it will take about 10 days to 25 days. And if your staff is familiar with the machine, we can communicate by communication software and get it done.

We will send our engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines,and this is free service(for first time to install and train). Customers have to pay air tickets go and back, accommodation and food for our technician. -
Normally production time is around 30-60days,the exactly depend on what kind of machine you order.The shipping time is based on your destination port.

When you finish the Preparation conditions(electricity,air supply,production materials and so on). pls contact with our sales people we will dispatch engineer to install the machine for you ,and train your employees to use the machine well. Normally when your preparation is done,you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days.
