2. The top fixed pre-heating glue pot is special designed to supplying glue in a short time, compared with the conventional bottom fixed glue pot, it shorten the heating and melting glue time.
3. The double rail type end cutting structure is faster and more accurate compared with traditional end cutting
4. The double trimming structure makes the outstanding edge arc.
5. The four motor corner rounding structures provide excellent efficiency and stability. Each motor trim one corner.
6. The double buffing structure has 4 cylinders driven buffing discs, the arc surface polished evenly throughout the whole process.
7. With all the new designed structure combination, edge banding speed raised more than 1 time.
The grooving unit extend the machines processing range.
